Frequently Asked Questions
What CAD file formats do you work with?
We accept all standard formats, including STEP (.stp, .step), IGES (.igs), STL, Parasolid (.x_t), and native SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA, and Fusion 360 files.
We also work from technical drawings (.dwg, .pdf). If no CAD is available, we can use sketches, photos, or detailed descriptions.
What if I don’t have finalized CAD yet?
No problem. We can create 3D models and visualizations from sketches, diagrams, reference photos, or written descriptions. This is ideal for early-stage concept visualization, investor pitches, or stakeholder alignment before prototyping.
What is the typical delivery time?
Delivery depends on project complexity, availability of CAD data, and the number of assets and scenes.
• Static visualizations: from 2 weeks (including two revision rounds)
• Simple animation (30–60s, 1 scene, up to 5 assets): 2–3 weeks
• Complex animations: 4–6 weeks or more
Expedited delivery is possible for urgent cases (RFQs, trade shows).
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on scope and complexity.
Indicative pricing:
• Static visualizations (10–20 images): from a few hundred euros
• Simple animation (30–60 seconds): €500–€1,500
For accurate pricing, we provide fast, tailored quotes.
What about revisions?
We work with clear milestones to ensure alignment at key stages.
Simple projects typically require 2–3 revisions, keeping timelines short and costs low. More complex animations may require additional revision rounds. Our revision process is structured and efficient to save your time.
Do you work with startups or only large companies?
We work with innovative startups, SMEs, integrators, OEMs, and large industrial corporations. Pricing and timelines are adapted to your budget and constraints.
Can I use the visuals in multiple contexts?
Yes. You receive unlimited, exclusive commercial usage rights. Visuals can be used across RFQs, sales presentations, websites, trade shows, social media, investor pitches, and internal training.
We deliver in multiple formats (MP4, MOV) on request.
Audio rights are included for use within the delivered animation. Separate audio usage can be licensed on request.
Can I request modifications after delivery?
Minor changes (text, colors) are generally included. Major changes (new scenes, model updates) are quoted separately. Project files are archived for one year to support future updates.
